The Natural Konjac Sponge Charcoal (Sumi- 炭) is a wonderful tool to gently buff and brighten skin.

To add even more benefits to the Konjac sponge, the Charcoal Konjac Sponge is infused with Binchō-tan Charcoal to help draw out toxins. Activated charcoal is a skincare super-ingredient because of its natural abilities to remove dirt and excess sebum.

This natural sponge is hypoallergenic and made from 100% Japanese Konjac Flour, and Binchō-tan Charcoal from Kochi Prefecture, Japan.

Benefits

This sponge is derived from entirely edible flour of the Konjac root. Native to Japan, the Konjac root is known for the impressive way it expands in water and retains moisture. Not surprisingly, it also helps skin to absorb and retain hydration– assisting in the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.

This product contains no petroleum-derived ingredients. It is created only by natural ingredients without any antibacterial agents, preservatives, or artificial colorings.

Application

After soaking in warm water for a few minutes, the fully puffy sponge is used as an effective exfoliator. Gently massage face with the sponge.

Because it utilizes Binchō-tan Charcoal, the Natural Charcoal Konjac Sponge effectively clears pores. Use by itself, or with a cleanser. Rinse thoroughly and softly pat skin dry.
